Regulatory framework

When planning and operating telemedicine systems, especially emergency telemedicine systems, a number of regulatory requirements must be taken into account. We support you with information and by taking over work packages on the following topics:

• Medical device: Abstraction of relevant facts from your telemedicine concept for the qualification and classification of your product (MDR).
• Data protection: For our telemedicine solution and service, we have already developed and implemented a data protection concept with the impact assessment as well as the TOM (technical and organisational measures). Here we can share our results with you. You can use our results in your concept if necessary.
• IT security: Analogous to data protection, we can share relevant aspects of IT security in the operation of our telemedicine solution.
