Know what to do.
The user of our solution receives practice-oriented manufacturer training. The system is designed for use by non-professionals. Its operation is designed to be simple. The user is guided by the tele-doctor using the RescueLink functions if necessary. For this reason, manufacturer training takes very little time, so there is no hurdle to fear when introducing telemedicine into an ongoing operation.
The content of the training also includes the legally compliant handling of RescueLink as a medical device, e.g. in accordance with the MPBetreibV Medical Device Operator Ordinance and the MPAMIV Medical Device User Notification and Information Ordinance.
Layman training
Instruction for the lay user includes the following points
- Practice when using telemedicine in an unexpected emergency
- Practice when using telemedicine in a regular case
- Handling medical and telemedical technology in accordance with MPBetreibV and MPAMIV
- Relevant data protection measures in relation to telemedicine
Important here is the instruction in the use of telemedicine in an emergency. Here, the trainee learns how to use telemedicine, also in case there is hardly anything left of the imparted knowledge and the necessary manual skills from a previous training.
After each instruction, its effectiveness is checked. This is done on the basis of observation by the trainer and/or with a test.
Medical staff
Medical personnel such as emergency paramedics or MFA (medical assistants) with appropriate further training receive manufacturer instruction with the following scope:
- Practice when using telemedicine in an unexpected emergency
- Practice when using telemedicine in a regular case
- Operation of medical and telemedical technology in accordance with MPBetreibV and MPAMIV
- Data protection measures in relation to telemedicine
Depending on previous knowledge, certain topics are studied in greater depth. After each instruction, its effectiveness is checked. This is done on the basis of observation by the trainer and/or with a test.
Mutlipliers (TtT)
Customers with a large number of users or frequently changing users have the option of having selected users undergo train-the-trainer training as multipliers. These trained trainers can then further train their own staff.
On the one hand, this gives you a high degree of flexibility in the deployment of technicians and emergency paramedics and, on the other hand, a legally and medically flawless as well as economically optimal procedure.
Tele-emergency doctor
According to the structural recommendation of the DGAI, the tele-emergency physician should have a minimum qualification. Contact us if you have a need for training your tele-emergency doctors.
